Nominated for ELISAVA Professional Edition Award, the 7th Edition.

The 7th edition of ELISAVA Professional Edition Awards, given by the entity with the aim to award excellence, creativity and rigour of the best projects by the students of the Master Programs. Honored to be nominated with my work ¨Silenet Screams¨. Final results to be anounced, in July 2020.

Finalist of Blurring the Lines, Edition 2019.

My work has been shortlisted to be among the finalists of Blurring The Lines (Edition 2019), selected by curators Steve Bisson and Lisanne Van Happen. Blurring The Lines is an academic network fostering talents in visual arts and culture since 2016. This project is made possible by the kind support of FOTODOK, Urbanautica Institute, the European Cultural Centre, Faservice and Fujifilm.

For this edition, the curators selected 22 finalists and 3 winners. The aim of this edition was to select, exhibit and publish projects that are a representation of the rapidly changing field of photography. And, at the same time show us why photography is an important medium in creating new perspectives on the world we live in and difficult issues we have to deal with. The curators were very impressed by the high quality of the projects this year and made a selection of projects that deserve a broader audience.

My work is published in the catalog presented during the latest UNSEEN Amsterdam at the Fotodok stand in the book market and during Paris Photo on November 5th at Espace f15, Paris. The Book is also available during the Blurring Lines International Confrence in the European Cultural Center in Venice, Italy on November 23, 2019.
